Budget Planning - month by month. The most important bit of advice I can give to people to help themselves, is to make a budget and stick to it. I know I have previously supplied a Budget Planner, but the flaw with that program was that it averaged the monthly expenses and didn’t take into account, monthly fluctuations caused by registrations, insurances, birthdays, Christmas, holidays etc, which will make some months more expensive than others.
